"Lifetime Warranty is Totally Worth It!"
My Jupiter by Space Touch stopped charging. I contacted them for a replacement and got a new one within a week. Jeanne was fantastic in getting my device swapped out!

"Warranty Support After 3 Years!"
I reached out to SpaceTouch because I was having trouble with the device in blue mode, where it kept cutting out after just a few seconds. Jeanne got in touch with me and requested that I complete a warranty form and send the device back. She stayed in contact throughout the return process and quickly sent me a replacement in just a few days. The service was top-notch, and I'm really loving the Jupiter now—my skin feels so much smoother with regular use.

Jeanne is a fantastic customer service rep. She was super attentive and quick throughout my whole experience of swapping out the Jupiter Spacetouch. I was pretty bummed that my device had lost its cooling and heating features, but Spacetouch really backed their product and promptly sent me a brand new one. "My new device wouldn't charge up"
My new device wouldn't charge up. I reached out to customer support at Space Touch and got quick responses to every message I sent after that. They told me to ship my device to the address they gave me. Soon after, they sent me a brand new one. They also kept me updated on the tracking for both the device I sent and the replacement I got. When we bought this unit, we heard that the company had top-notch customer service, and even though we didn't think we'd need it so soon, they really do stand by their product like we were promised.

"A Nice Surprise"
Wow! That was quick! The support team was super fast and really focused on my needs. It was great dealing with Jeanne. We didn’t think we’d get a brand new device, box, and charger, but that’s exactly what showed up in just a few days! We thought it would just get a new battery and take weeks to arrive.

They truly came through with our warranty with hardly any fuss! What a nice surprise!

"Daily Use of the Jupiter Device by My Wife"
My wife uses the Jupiter device every day and has been quite happy with the outcomes. After a couple of years, the blue light feature stopped working, but she mainly relies on the red light function, which also failed shortly after. I observed that when the device was plugged into the charging base, both the red and blue lights worked fine, but they wouldn’t function when unplugged. Being an engineer, I figured it was a battery problem. I reached out to customer service, and they asked me to send the unit back for assessment. We got a replacement unit in no time. "Super dependable, quick to respond, and trustworthy."
We've had our Jupiter device for around three years, and the treatments have been fantastic. That said, the blue light sessions were cutting off too early, so we reached out to Jeanne. She suggested we fill out a warranty claim and send it back to them. We did that, and I thought it would take a week or two to get the device returned. To our amazement, Jeanne sent us a brand new device in just two days! I'm really blown away by Jeanne and Space Touch. They genuinely know how to treat their customers right. Thanks a bunch!
